Body language AKA kinesics- a good field for the aspiring Red Pill Man to study, especially for those of us who found human behavior mysterious sometimes.

One of the most important principles was touched upon- when there is a conflict between body language and spoken language, ALWAYS believe the body language! From the pitchman or politician recommending something while shaking his head no, to the woman sitting with you but her eyes and posture are oriented toward the exit or some Alpha, this can be observed everywhere.

It's also invaluable for the aspiring pickup artist to understand the signals and tells of interest/disinterest that are displayed subconsciously.

It's a great window into the human mind, and the underlying brain structures involved that are older than spoken language itself. From the circuits that can tell if someone 50 feet away is looking at your eyes or over your shoulder, to the amygdala that processes social cues and assigns emotional value to the actions of others, these are universal to all humans.

As long as you as a man is confident (or at least fake it, pull it off and she'll be blind to the difference) with your frame and your words, She will listen. Any conflict in the two and she will sense your weakness.

There is nothing a woman hates more than a pseudo-alpha. The thought of being tricked into consummation with a man of lower tier, a non-dominant male, who in his ruse, fooled her into thinking he was a higher tier man of dominance utterly disgusts her. The deception is akin, I believe, to how we feel when we find out "you're not the father." Personally I am not one for the charades of PUA nor the fakery of superficiality. For my own mental health and likewise, her well-being, I rather struggle to become that which I wish to be, than pretend I already am exactly what I want to be. And of course I am by no means beta, and yet, the standard I set myself is so high that I do not yield to comfort and mediocrity - the slow acting poisons that they are.

Delusion has it's place for many, and indeed, I do not mock those who make it work for them - but for I, my reasoning faculty is too prominent, and as such - I must take the long path. As must all of my intellectual brethren. Wilful self-delusion works best when one has little rational faculty to overcome to begin with. For the intensely logical, such an internal conflict is nigh worth the pain and confusion that it causes. The logician always knows when he's lying to himself, regardless of how he is able to trick himself into feeling. And so likewise, the ever perceptive female will glean the reality of your true nature from the cracks in your appearance if you too are such a man. For such a man, being honest with yourself and confronting your demons head-on is the answer, not pretending you're already the man you wish you were.

TLDR: for some, pretending to be someone else is easy, effortless, enjoyable even. For others, the facade is a mentally exhausting ordeal. Your mileage may vary.

You're absolutely right that a lot of what tell other people we say with the way way we hold ourselves. Make no mistake, that's the tip of the iceberg. We also speak with what we wear, how we walk, sit, and choose the words in which we construct sentences with. Our habbits and reactions are created upon a trained response within our ego or psyche.

Simple Example: Beta: Hey there beauty (Has some frame) Girl: You suck. Go away. (Frame Collapsed) Beta: Okay... I'm sorry (Defeated) Girl: (Vaginal walls dried)

In the above example, you give the girl the power immediately, but worse than that, you're asking her to take over the pick-up for you. You're looking for a certain response. The way you construct your sentences must but congruent to the rest of your body language. If they don't match, she will sniff out that weakness from a mile away.

What you're actually saying here is you're so desperate that she feels insulted that you would "try your luck" with her with such a basic, shitty line. You've made yourself vulnerable with her so quickly because you are worth nothing and will take what you can get. In return she understands that you are telling her she is also worth nothing. That's what that sentence is saying to her, that's the deeper meaning of the subtext of it.

Pro tip: when you approach someone, she WANTS you to be the guy. The one who makes her night more interesting and is also a member of the "I'm here to have fun too" club. (Getting her into bed is not having fun to her, that comes after the fun. Sex is extended 1 on 1 fun for private members.)

You say women don't listen, but the problem is that they listen very closely.

Shift your perspective in the next person (woman) you talk to to one of intrigue. You are fascinated by how this creature operates. You like it. This is not a fact finding mission, you do not ask her questions because within the language of asking her questions is the unsaid qualifying statement: "Are you good enough to be my girl?"

No "I like your hair". No "that's a pretty ring". You need to be self amused.

You are intrigued and interested by her, and perhaps in a childish way, but very much so in a playful way.

"That's the biggest bag I've ever seen in my life. Do you have a family of mice travelling with you or something? Hey you could be a member of the circus, I don't know!"

You are self amused and FUN. If it goes wrong, it doesn't matter because you're just having fun. You are not being vulnerable with her like this because you're there to have fun which is what she wants too. That is incredibly attractive.

This is why as a man you should always be thinking about your posture and your presence. When you walk into a room, you will catch eyes if you walk deliberately, stand up straight and never avert your gaze at whatever or whomever you look at. I get this all the time.

Additionally, with body language you should always be taking up as much space as possible.

I was out with this girl last night who I'm working on plating. She wanted to sit in the booth. I told her no because the seating is low compared to the table. This makes you look smaller and doesn't give you a solid presence. Additionally she is tall and girls always slouch, so I told her we can sit at the high table with stools. We agreed. This allowed for me to hold her leg as we spoke eye to eye. This allowed me to sit up straight, legs spread presenting a dominant physical frame.

All this wreaks confidence and sex appeal to women.

Before I took the pill, I would always ask girls if they wanted to do this, or that. Now I pay a lot of attention to their body language and I am almost always right. For example, this girl I was with today. I asked her if she wanted to snuggle and stuff. She would reply with things like, "Yeah right" or "Yeah. No". I reached my hand around her shoulder and as soon as it just barely touched her, she just falls into me and moves her whole body against me. I noticed earlier that she kept looking at my lips. When I called her our for it, she just laughed and looked away. I remembered that, looked her in the eyes, then just went it for a kiss. She was on top of me making out within seconds. Body language is HUGE. Something that really hurt my chances with girls a while ago was not paying attention to body language. Like OP says, and almost everyone else here, it's not what they say, it's what they do.

I think women listen but they are more perceptive to body language cues than men. That is why women will catch you lie, can smell the beta/aloha in you. I have read many books on body language and tried to apply it in daily life. What I can say, it's an essential thing if you want to be better socially.

There is another book by the same authors, describing the differences in body language used by men and women.

I would agree good points and women are non-verbal, that's why verbal communication to them means nothing, they just have stuff come out of their mouth, but they understand actions are what matter.

If you took Marine Corp General Mattis in his old age, and with his speach impedement in front of a bunch of 7 year olds they would shut the fuck up and listen. He wouldnt have to raise his voice or clap his hands or say some stupid shit like everybody settle down now. The children would instinctively see him as a man of distinction from his baring.
