This community generally welcomes good content and intelligent discussion. A "welcome" response is earned here through rationality and discretion in what you choose to say. As the other said, read and lurk. If you have questions, learn to be self sufficient and try to find them under your own ability. If you can't, then is the time to ask. If you're new to the gym and are reading this shit don't do this. You'd either have to be on a lot of gear or fucking retarded to consider going to failure every set and the only gains you're gonna get is rhabdo blood piss gains.

You know, the reason you probably failed getting into med school is because affirmative action meant that they would take her at your expense, especially if you're white or Asian. Added to this joke is she'll probably give up her career at some point, wasting the education as opposed to a man who'll work until retirement, or further Doctors tend to work past the age.
