Red meat is in fact bad for you. The link between red meat and cancer, as well as red meat and its effects on heart disease are well established. Understand that these are the two top-most likely causes of death in men in the West.

I'm a guy who loves a good bloody steak. But you can't ignore reality. I keep my red meat intake to a minimum, because it simply isn't good for you. Lean chicken and fish are the way to go.

Let the women hamster their realities away, we're better than that.

I don't eat meat because I have a social conscience. I live in a city. I don't deserve the privilege of eating the flesh of another animal. The industrial meat industry in America and the rest of the developed world is absolutely revolting. Living animals are treated like commodities, and exploited as fodder in the gluttonous maw of the human race. If you go out and hunt and kill an animal, then maybe you have earned the right to eat it. But, don't shoot it at a distance with a high powered rifle when it can't even see you. Go up to it, fight it, kill it with your bare hands. You want to enjoy the life of another living creature? Then fucking earn it, coward.

And you're so privileged. You live such and empty, sedentary, waste of a life that you go to a building and move iron plates up and down over and over again to try and make your body release the endorphins and hormones that are otherwise deprived to you by sitting in front of a computer screen all day. You're pathetic. You're an over-privileged, worthless piece of garbage. You don't matter. Why do you think your life is more valuable than the life of the animal that you eat? Because other, better men built for you the tools that you need to use to go to the store, bring the meat package home, refrigerate it, cook it, etc.?

All life is the same, whether it's the life of a human or the life of a flea. Whatever force turns a group of organic matter into a living organism is the same throughout all life. Hindus and Buddhists figured this out a thousand years ago.
