Invert the situation. If you've cock blocked other guys, what could they have done to get you to back away. Then sprinkle in some cocky and funny and apply it. I like to think of /u/scottishredpill's antics and how he would deal with people who would interrupt. Generally the more outrageous the response, the more confident you need to be in asserting it

So you're at a party, guy comes up, interrupts your conversation, cut him off, thank him for being so kind to refill your and her drinks. Or ask him to hold your and her drink, then kiss her. Keep an air of confidence about you and he'll either disqualify himself by getting defensive and butt hurt or he'll bend to your frame.

Bending to another's frame is a choice. If he intrudes, reframe around him, by asserting social dominance. Whatever you do, don't respond by being whiny or defensive. His presence is to be expected. And timely, because if he wasn't there, who would get new drinks/hold your drinks/etc.?

When I was in college it was clear that me and another guy were pursuing the same girl. This guy is a bit short and stocky, like an umpa lumpa. One of those gym gone wrong type of guys. One night we're at the same party and I notice every time this guy comes over he puts his arm around her. I highly suspect that he was into seduction or something. He exuded a pickup artist vibe, which in my opinion negates a lot of your hard work. For all I know he's reading this and sobbing right now. Anyways, so I'm talking to this girl and I see him stride over all confident to butt his face into our conversation. I surreptitiously put my hand behind her back while we're talking. The guy being none the wiser tries to do his thing and places his hand on mine right behind her. The look on his face as he quickly retracted his hand was priceless. Later on after he left I found out that he was bitching to my best friend, who he didn't realize was my best friend, about how I'm the biggest cock block in the world. Proud moment of mine, especially considering that I was quite the AFC at the time.

Shame the person who interrupts your conversation, it's rude to do so they should realise that. Speak to them in a condescending manner and put them in their place, you need to separate them from the girl you're speaking to and make it seem like you two are together. You could use words like 'we' or 'us' so that it's seen as you two and then the interrupter.

RooshV has a great article on it and this is the main line he suggests: "Did you really just do that? I’m being friendly and respectful to your friend and you rudely interrupt. Did your parents teach you to be anti-social like that?"

I actually shamed my boss for cock blocking about 6 months ago. I was hitting on this cute girl in my office that I knew he had a thing for and he barges in "Leave that poor girl alone; just because you are having marital(I was still married back then) issues you are harassing her"

I don't remember exactly what I said but it was something along the lines of he didn't have dibs on her, that I was just having a friendly conversation...all right in front of the chick

Oh and to get him back I sicked an ugly black stripper on him next time we were at the strip club.

I hesitate to tell people this because next time I go out I'm going to have some dude do this to me, but the best thing to do is to just compliment the guy in a way that makes him look like a pompous ass if he accepts.

(Of course, this is assuming we are in a venue or a house party where people are having real conversations, not just yelling / dancing like retards.) It is a old school technique, you don't come on to him aggressive. "Dude, that is a badass shirt. You're a pretty badass guy, huh? Tell me, what was the last badass thing you did? Oh no, don't say nothing man, no need to be humble, tell us, you can share."

This kinda shit. It is so obnoxious because its heads I win, tails you lose. You say "nah man, I'm not, huh, I have no idea what you're talking about" that type of stuff, you lose, because everyone is now looking at you like "perform motherfucker." If you are like "yeah, I'm badass. Uh. I don't know, I went skydiving?" he is already qualifying himself and trying to win you and the girl thinking of him as cool.

See, if I am like "yo man, where u get dat shirt, the circus?" you are provoked to frustration first, she can see you are rattled. In fact, if you did that to me, what am I going to say? "DAMN, dude you're pretty funny. I love funny guys, tell us a joke, this party is boring. Joke!"

See the difference - I'm not being confrontational, I'm assuming the role of you trying to impress me and the girl. When the cockblocker gets annoyed, you profit because he doesn't understand a POWER conversation is taking place and he shouldn't be even responding to my words, but rather showing his ability to vibe socially and roll with it into something else that favors him. Everyone knows what is going on, but I guarantee you the loser will be the one who gets annoyed and then will flat out acknowledge it ("Dude, fuck off you faggot" = girl knows you are a social retard).

The other thing I do is I get the guys talking about themselves. I ask, "hey man I hear you're a big shot in IT, tell me about it." This is amazing - the guy will logically know that no matter what he says, it will come off as him bragging about his job llike any beta. You keep asking him these logical questions, while simultaneously drifting your eyes to make contact with the girl, like you two are making fun of how boring this guy is as a secret joke.

It is sad, the guy will begin to think you are actually interested - I mean, how many people give a fuck about him and his job. Maybe he thinks this is a window to impress this girl that has friendzoned him, not realizing that I am building up the association in the girl's mind of him = boring and typical. I once made this guy talk about astrophysics for 2 mins, the girls eyes glaze over, and then I abruptly am like "Ok cool man, you're very inspiring but all the terms are making my head hurt, we need more booze, (Girl) let's go get some drinks, what do you want? Ok stay here man, I'll be back, I need her to help carry them, let's go."

Meanwhile I'm cracking this girl up by telling her that I'm going to make her take him a drink, because I am going to the cool side of the party because that was the most boring 5 minutes of my life. Now if she sees him again or if he supermans back in for round 2 realizing he's been had, she already thinks of him as the guy who I tried to pawn her off on because he's that boring.

Obviously not every guy will wall for the bait, but you will be surprised. Try this - tell a cockblocker that he's "Cool". He will be like "huh wat?" you just say "nah man, it's ok, I know you're cool. Right, you're cool, what do you mean "huh what," I bet you did something cool this morning. Anyway..."
