start seeing other girls and soon you will realise there is nothing particulary special about that one girl. Focus on gym and school(work, job), hobbies and friends who support you and reduce any negativity that comes from anyone.

Since I can't get her out of my head. She is with another dude now.
It's over. It is completely 100% over. Every time you think of her don't try to rationalize with some bullshit, or figure out what went wrong, or if the other guy is better, etc etc etc etc. I know the feels. Any time she enters your thoughts only think one thing "It's over". Think that over and over again until it's repetitive enough that she's not worth thinking about.
Abundance helps but sticking your dick in foreign pussy only does so much for the psyche.

Try and get a new hobby mine is producing EDM music there is nothing i love more than music i can literally sit in front of the computer for 6hrs and think its been only 1hr it completely takes my mind of everything else and makes me extremely happy at the same time making music is almost like venting all stress and anger i even think it help me with a phase where i was just constantly sad for like 3 months because my life was just so shit for a while. plus when people see how i make my music and what i do they think I'm a Fucking rocket scientist.
I strongly suggest you find a new hobby not just a hobby for the sake of it but something you are truly passionate about.

Keep in mind it's not her you are in love with. She's nothing special. It's the image of her that you have built up in your mind. It's all an illusion. That's why it hurts, you are grieving over losing the fantasy you built in your mind. If you go no contact with her, completely go ghost on her and don't look up her fb or pictures, you'll be over her within a few weeks. Finding other women helps, but you'll still be thinking about her because she's the one that flooded your brain with good feeling chemicals. Time will make all this go away, it's a guarantee. Just trust that you won't feel like this forever and you'll come out stronger on the other side. Most importantly, make sure you learn from this and apply it next time.

Treat love as a mix of chemicals and hormones in your head. This will demystify it's true purpose, which is population growth. There are so many other women in the sea and life is too short to be focused on someone who won't give you the time of day.

Give yourself a set period in which you allow yourself to grieve over your loss. A 30-minute window sometime during the day. At all other times you simply don't let yourself think about her. Remind yourself that the time when you're allowed to think about her will come soon.
In all other times focus on the things you have to do and are passionate about. At night, if you're having trouble sleeping, then go do something that doesn't involve a screen or bright lights- perhaps reading.
You must grieve, but you cannot let it consume you. Best of luck.

"my father left my mom when I was 5, my mom treats me like shit because she sees my dad when she looks at me" - yup, that was me too
My mom and my sister stayed "friends" with a girlfriend who dumped me when I was 19. It hurt like shit but "team woman" never gave a moment's thought to how I might have felt about that.
The difference is, back then TRP did not exist (nor even the internet) and I had no resources to help, so I wallowed in self-pity and one-itis and didn't change my beta ways. You are fortunate because you don't have to do that.
Candidly I think you need to get away from your family as well as this girl and establish your own independent life (and frame) in which you don't need the approval or support of anyone else. If your mom is acting unacceptably, do what you would do with any other woman: withdraw your time and attention until she changes her behavior.
If you don't bother wasting your time on Faceborg, you will automatically NGAF what anyone says on it because you won't even know about it.
