Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think you need to do more than just post a video and expect it to speak for itself, especially one that's 10 minutes long. You probably need at least a TL;DW synopsis.

I personally agree with Rollo on this one. This video is essentially about digging through the trash and trying to get a girl back, which you shouldn't be doing in the first place.

I will tell my story that I think is not uncommon here. I got oneitis *After* knowing about TRP. Yeah I know. Can't help it. What was my mistake? probably not having enough plates. Also Im quite vulnerable to oneitis since birth. I work from home and don't go out much at my age (40).

So I got oneitis when my ex dumped me, something very common.

I applied TRP methods, nothing fancy. Showed up with nice girls, improved myself, etc. Got her back the next year. We are now together again, things are good.

Its not hard to get a girl back. Girls SMV can't improve. Put this into your mind: Girls are ALWAYS getting worse and you are almost always getting better. Specially if you are in this site. It's inevitable that in some time, you will surpass her in SMV, sometimes by a huge margin. Then she will want to get back. I know, every time I talk with an ex, she is extremely flirty, even if we ended in bad (sometimes terrible) terms. Of course, they are fat 35-40 year old cougars, and I wouldn't touch them.

TLDR: Want to re-attract her? wait some years and lift. It's all that it takes. It's not worth it tough, unless you like to fuck old fat hags.

Edit: TL;DW: Focus on self improvement. Stop putting her on the pedestal. Don't let her be in control. Know what you want from not just her but other women. Have self respect. Refreshing to hear a women say this.
