20+ year marriage here and the shit tests have died down but they occur, in very subtle form, about twice a week.

She will ask for more 'tenderness' and for you to talk about your 'feelings.' This is a shit test. If you give in and talk to her about feelings the tingles will dry up like the Sahara. If you ignore her and refuse to engage, making fun of her emoting until she gets pissed she will wake you up the next morning with a BJ.

Women tell you they want a man who will "open up" to them- but they will then lose sexual attraction for any man foolish enough to engage the mighty hamster. Women do not want to hear about your problems- ever.

Nice write up. People may fear, hate, and envy what they can't conquer, but they truly despise what they can conquer. I've been in a LTR for 4 years, I've gotten her to do threesomes, learn to cook well, she was already very feminine, and I've kept her working out hard. She's 5 years younger than me and in many ways, the closest thing to a unicorn I've ever experienced.

But she does this. Not just any old shit tests, but these sabotagy shit-tests, like "skip the gym baby, I'm so wet why don't you just come play with me." Or she will try to get me to fuck up my food plan (trying to clean bulk at around 3.6k calories) and then comfort me about how its OK and she thinks I look good enough that I shouldn't gain more muscle. I was perturbed as fuck by this, like "bitch, you're supposed to be helping, I encourage you whenever you need it, why are you making it more difficult for me to be the BOSS I know I can be?"

It's simple, because when you maintain your frame and do what you want (masculine intent that cannot be swayed by distraction), you are enforcing in your mind and her mind that you are a winner, a man she can count on. If her pussy can make you slip off your path, well, any pussy can. If you want to vibe with her and share her emotions more than you want to be a boss at fitness, your career, anything really, then she is subconsciously realizing that you NEED more of her tests. You need MORE opportunities to assert your strength and stick to your course, so she shit tests more.

I remember the first time it made sense to me. I had recently leapt from my old job to a new job where I had no security and it was bugging me. She could tell. She was trying to get me to talk about it and say what could she do to help, and say that I worked too much and I needed to rest, and I shouldn't wake up so early to fit in the gym into my hectic day. It clicked that she was telling me the exact opposite of what I should do; in reality I needed to just man the fuck up and learn to accept the high-risk phase as a gift to dominate, and just do it without thinking beta thoughts. The last thing I needed was to stop going to the gym as much. In fact, I had certainly displayed some faggotry already, which was why she had picked up on how much turmoil there was in my head.

I told her I loved that she was supporting me and she's a pretty cool girl for helping. Then I said she's right, I need more fun time and relaxation. So if she could help out my making me lunches, that would be great. I'd get to spend a little more time in the gym. She rolled her eyes and said some nonsense about how I need to be on a normal diet during this stressful time and how I needed to open up about what was going on.

I smirked at her and was like "Well, OK, I'm sooo insecure about how slow my muscles are growing and what I need you to do to help is inject some steroids into my butt, and kiss it and put a bandaid after. That cool with you? It's either that or I find a way to get more food in during the day..."

And then all of a sudden, she realizes I am as light and unfazed and confident as I ever was - I'm still the dickhead ME that I was before I started this new job that abraded my mojo. Because her true intent was never to make me weak, but give me an opportunity to get stronger, her purpose had essentially been completed. To this day she makes me lunches on most workdays. She still will try to hijack my gym plans for various reasons, but I have become disciplined as fuck, and I never would have developed that discipline without having to be in these situations where I have to turn down a bj to go lift weights. No matter what happens, I can make myself go.

It's tough, this type of shit will either kill you if you're beta, or if you were in between like I was at that age, it just might give you the push you need.

Women can show weakness and be sexy but men cannot, even when such a woman is begging to see that weakness so she can “feel connected to you” it is always the burden of man not to give in to such sugar-coated duplicity.

I'm pretty sure this is how bromances start.

This is the concept that led me to TRP and was also the hardest to swallow. I've had amazing LTR's with wonderful women that have been completely destroyed because I treated them as true partners. I believed we could share our victories, defeats, successes, failures, secrets, and insecurities. They tell you this is what they want and it's great for a while but it ultimately causes the downfall of the relationship. I know many men want this kind of intimacy but if it is attainable at all it is very fleeting.

This sentence in particular:

This is just psycho evil (label it what you want, it is evil). I hope this is not true. How healthy is it to live with someone who is ACTIVELY TRYING TO WEAR YOU DOWN? EVIL is what this is. Call a spade a spade. A wife should help lift up you and the family--not probe for any weak spots, exploit them and destroy and then move on.

I think what we are talking about here is the massive destruction of the character of women due to feminism. A women of character would kneel before her man and ignore his faults--help him build himself up against the true enemy--life and nature--to become the Phoenix/her rock. I believe religious women of the past were this way (mostly). If a wife saw a weak spot she would see what she could do to help him overcome it or even better, remove the weak spot--not exploit it and leave him for dead--because that was what she had been trained to do from youth.

No one is perfect and everyone can self-improve. I want to help those around me reach their full potential, not sabotage them by exploiting weaknesses revealed in shared moments--this is how I was trained from youth.

Women couldn't possibly be this naturally evil, are they? I don't believe this to be true, but something about modern society has made too many women this way--I don't believe this is their natural spiritual state.

I have found a woman who does not do this and helps build me up and LOVES it when I share my feelings with her. They exist. If even two exist (her mother is this way) then even more can AND SHOULD exist. It's not wholly biological.

Maybe instead of playing the game men should sit down and scold their women at the first sign of shit tests. Explain how stupid and evil it is. If they don't listen--move on--before you even sleep with them/date them.

The only response to a shit test should be "Is this a test? I thought you were a good person. Good people don't constantly test another's character."
