Age questions tend to be a shit test. Throw a curve-ball statement back at them or ask the same question back (that will stop some women).

"I'm this many! [hold up random amount of fingers]"

"I'm four [hold us three fingers]"

Random Bar Broad: "How old are you?"

You: "95. I use really good moisturiser."/"6. Don't tell my playschool teacher I am missing nap time." etc. Asking "how old you are" is a shit test like any other and you should respond as such.
