So, I've taken the red pill, but I like doing blue-pill things. I like going out to fancy dinners and 'outing' type dates with my girlfriend, I like telling her she's beautiful. I'm not particularly interested in any women other than her. I sometimes feel sad, and like being able to trust my girlfriend with my emotions, and yes, I do like to cuddle.

So, spinning plates, playing 'ghost' games, and banging pump and dumps really isn't my thing, and I really don't like using dread game in my relationships. These are some simple, red-pill inspired rules that I practice, and would suggest that other people who are sceptical of 'the red pill' follow them. These are especially good if you're trying to build and maintain a relationship with a woman who has been on the carousel, and have a relationship that you consider an emotional safe space.

To pre-empt commenters telling me that there are 'more red pill' ways to handle this, and more red pill goals to have (18yo plates and burner phones), I agree wholeheartedly, and would point out that those things are already covered elsewhere in the thread, this is an attempt at 'blue pill compatible' relationship advice. It should go without saying that marriage is a bad idea, the power dynamic created by family courts cheapens your commitment by implying that you must be coerced into stick with your woman. I'll break it into beliefs about yourself, beliefs about women, and rules for your budding relationship.

There are two things you need to believe about yourself,

First: you personally deserve to be loved.
-This does not mean that you deserve to have every woman you find attractive desire you, but if you are going to pursue a relationship, you are good enough to have one with an attractive woman who loves you completely, and do not need to settle for less.

Second: You will win in the end.
-It's ok to feel down, it's ok to be sad, it's ok to suffer. It's not ok to surrender, and believe that things will never be better. No matter how hard your life gets, no matter how you feel, you need to always believe that in the end, you will come out stronger, and that your life has a good ending. You'll never see the game over screen, so just pretend it doesn't exist.

There are two things you must believe about your woman.

First, she must pass your boner test: http://www.rooshv.com/the-boner-test This is the sole criteria for attractiveness. She can be dirty, dress like a slob, be a little fatter than most people would like, have a big nose, whatever, but she MUST pass your boner test, and if she does, ignore the haters.

Second, if she crosses certain lines with you, you will leave. Don't get violent, don't get needy, love her, but have your lines that must not be crossed, and if they are, leave. Don't tell her where all of them are, but have those lines and stick to them.

These blue-pill compatible truths will start you on the right path.

Rule 1: Your woman must find you attractive. There is one, and only one acceptable proof that she can give you. She must, MUST, put out for you as fast, or faster than she put out for any other man in her sexual history. This is the absolute most important piece of advice here. It's blue-pill compatible, because listen, she has already set her sexual boundaries, if she's a Tinder-slut, she needs to be your Tinder-slut. If she says she's attracted, but didn't put out as fast as she put out for someone else, she's lying to you, and probably to herself.

Rule 2: In the course of your relationship (you sleep in the same bed), you have sex with her, you don't ask for it. This does not mean you're a rapist. When you want sex from her, get an erection, put your hands on her, and start foreplay. Stop only if she actually tells you to "Stop". If she says "I don't want to do this right now", "you smell", "I have a headache", "I feel gross", or anything other than an express statement telling you "Stop, do not have sex with me right now", just keep going. If you have trouble with this, you can ask "do you want me to stop?", but ask ONCE, if you get a "Yes", stop, if you get a "no", that's consent, fuck her!

Rule 3: If she denies you sex, when you attempt the above, you must respond with dread game. Immediately get up, get your gym clothes on, and go to your 24-hour gym (get a membership/live in an apartment with a gym), if she protests, tell her something to the effect of "I have to do something with all this energy", and LEAVE (do not let her come with you). Do a quick workout that pushes you, masturbate (don't be gross about it, might want to look at porn in the basement of your house or w/e, but take care of it), and take a shower (if there isn't one at the gym, immediately walk to the bathroom when you get home and shower).

Rule 4: NEVER show 'provider' interest in a woman other than your woman, or a member of your immediate family. Do you beta orbit someone other than your girlfriend? Do women other than your mom get long phone conversations about their feeling with you? Cut that shit out.

Rule 5: Never allow another woman to claim your sexual interest in front of your woman. If you cheat on her, deny it to the grave, if another woman insists that you think she's hotter than your girlfriend, deny it to the other woman's face. Why you ask? Because you remember the first rule above? If your woman loves you, she wants to think she's your everything, and even if you're lying (She passed the boner test right?), help her believe that.

I'll edit this a little later, but I think this captures the gist. You can get away with a lot of beta in a committed relationship if you are alpha in the places that matter, the above is all blue-pill compatible--you are respecting her boundaries, being committed, and standing up for yourself. I also encourage you to require her to get a STD test early in the relationship, and obv get paternity tests for the kids--by forcing her to prove that a) your kids are yours b) she is free of parasites and c) you are the most attractive man she has ever been with, this can serve as a 'reset' for the virginity switch in both your psychology and hers, which will help build a solid relationship. If you're committed to the blue-pill and want to turn one of those late-20's whores you meet at church who are now trying to settle down into a housewife, this is a good place to start.
