Forget about "college" game if you're not in college... The fuck?

Just meet people in your local area. You have the ability to say "Hello" and hold conversation do you not? Do you have basic social skills Mr 85k a year?

If you do then you shouldn't have a serious issue meeting people in your area and making new friends. Create your own social circle.

And social circle game is exactly what it sounds like. Using your social circle to get chicks. How does that need explanation?

College scene is meant for students who go to the school. Girls might get creeped out when they meet you unless you have a legitimate reason to be on campus.
