You make claims about supplements being a "waste of money" or "marginally helpful" but do not provide sources to back up those claims, and then go on to say preworkout is the best supplement.

Preworkout is the best supplement. Lol, it has the biggest impact of lifting. It allows you to kill it during every workout.
If you feel that there is a supplement that has a bigger impact, or you think I'm wrong with a certain area. Please specify. I'll gladly explain why I'm right.

That's subjective. Pre workout helps me go 100% at the gym. I've tried the just caffeine route, its not the same.
Obviously, If preworkout does not help you pick up intensity at the gym, don't take it.

Pre workout is the most unnecessary supplement. The mix of caffeine with other potent stimulants will cause side affects down the road with anxiety and your central nervous system. Drink a cup of dark roast black coffee or green tea with honey. Same effect and good for your health

No. Having this much protein will put stress on the liver, leading to liver failure early on in life. I've heard a better ratio is .70g per lb of bodyweight
Also, the studies on fish oil have been inconsistent. Evidence suggests that typical fish oil pills are oxidized by the time you take them, meaning they have virtually no benefit.

I think you mean the kidneys. However, .8g per pound of lean bodyweight is commonly suggested.
And fish oil is one of the most widely recommended supplements for overall health.

This is basic info. Sure, if you want to go for a minimum of .70g per lb of body weight go for it. But 1g per pound of lean body weight isn't too much.
