This isn't introversion; it's fear of socializing. There's a big difference between preferring alone time and being totally unable to function with other people. You can be a healthy, fun, functional introvert.

Force yourself to socialize until it stops being scary. Allow yourself alone time, but don't let it take over your life.

Mate i love socializing.. i dont have fear for that, like fear that somebody can hurt me.See, i didint realised before that i have fear like that, i figured out when you wrote that.Thank you about that!

fear that someone can hurt you is the worst fear you can possibly have. Kill this fear as soon as possible, it is very bad and will begin to suck the vitality of your life in every area. You need to learn that you can choose to let something have an effect on you or not.

dangerandplay is an introvert and has all sorts of great advice, I'd follow his example.

Have you tried rejection? You might be building a shell to protect yourself from pain, when in reality you need to experience it to get past it. It's like getting a tattoo for the first time, you're super nervous about how it will feel until you get your 30th one.

There's numerous activities you can try on to experience rejection. Speed dating, meetups, bars, etc.

I would suggest going with something nuclear at least TWICE a week to start breaking your walls down. And by nuclear I mean ask a girl to go home with you within 5 minutes of meeting her. Which means you open up hot and heavy, and ask her ASAP.

Get out and do something you want to do with one other person once a week. Don't let them guide you, tell them this is YOUR day out.

In short, grow. As a still partial introvert myself, this is what worked for me.

Thered a difference between introvert and and socially anxious

Don't use the introvert excuse. You are scared, of the real world, a world where men walk amongst men. But that's ok, you have found the red pill and you can begin to open your eyes.

First step is to develop your logic. Think. No seriously. You invite this person over and you feel bad energy? You feel like they can hurt you, etc? Unfortunately the sad truth is they could. Be smart. Ask the right questions. Don't be afraid to say no, or to kick them out.

If you truly are a real introvert in the classic sense of the word, meet with them over a quick coffee, that way you can be in and out and could experience less anxiety. Or you decide, whatever makes you most comfortable. But remember, it all starts with growing a spine and being a man. Don't let this bullshit "oh I'm an introvert" mentality get to you.

Cheers mate, and good luck.
