Anger is good as a tool, as long as you have the ability to process it as a learning tool and then let things go. Doesn't mean you forget, it does however mean you "forgive" (Not women, but yourself for "allowing" them to harm you for so long)

You don't matter to women. You only exist as a tool for how they feel about themselves.

They shouldn't matter to you. You should never allow them, in a general sense, impact how you feel about yourself.

You "hate" them? Don't be like them. Responding in anger is natural. Staying angry is not, it makes you like them. Seeking to hurt them won't change them one bit. It will only be you drinking more poison and hoping they suffer for it, which they won't.

You have to let toxic people out of your life to be a person who learns to self improve. You can't move forward if there is dead weight dragging you down. If you feel dealing with women is dragging you down, then walk away from them in your life. No one is making you engage with them. But the tricky part is you have to let go of the part of YOURSELF that is also dragging you down. That's the part of you that wants to react instead of being purposeful.

Anger is energy. Don't deny the energy, just refocus it on making you whole. Spend that energy being the very best you that you can be, with the time you have on this Earth.

Piece of advice, from a guy who was angry as all fuck for a very very long time, anger is like fire. It will keep burning as long as you feed it. Every time you listen to a Leykis podcast, you are feeding it. Sometimes its' good to take a break from the "knowledge" base, go outside, do something that you enjoy, do something that is about doing something good for you.

The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. You'll be where you need to be when you can look at women, how they act, and respond with decided indifference. Until then, simply focus that energy into create a solid you.

Women have falsely interpreted their "unchallenged" status as evidence that they've been universally recognized as too big/bad to be challenged. Anyways, just let it go. You don't have to like women, but hating them is something they don't deserve. You hate someone who has wronged you intentionally. You wouldn't hate a child for drawing on your wall? Women are children.

And the dudes that get screwed, unless they come to you seeking help, ignore them. Many of them have drunk the kool aide so let them be. Use them as guinnea pigs and observe, and learn.

Just make sure you are never taken for a ride. If you have a son, teach him and make sure he doesn't get screwed either. Help out close male friends and relatives that are open to hearing the truth.

I began swallowing this a few months ago now, though bits and pieces have been boiling in my bloodstream for years. Yes, it has created some anger.

Last night I read "The Rational Male" right before I left to hook up with a girl. Maybe not such a good Idea. This woman has SO FAR done nothing to incur my wrath, but with Rollo Fresh in my brain I was a little angry at ALL of them and I might have been giving away some of the vibe.

We had lunch yesterday and she invited me to her home to 'hang out' (code for hook up).... I spent the afternoon lifting and reading TRP and Mr. Massi.

By the time I got there, I barged in, watched the Baseball game and then LEFT immediately after. As I left she invited me to spend the night and with anger still coursing through my veins I said "Nah... I need to play guitar in the morning"

I think I will give an hour or so buffer period of reading/studying TRP and actually seeing a female. I must not have enough experience to not show/express my distaste.
