Because often the poster IS beta and trying to convince himself into rp more than he is an actual alpha trying to help betas learn. And if his progress is sabotaged by people on the internet who disagree with some part of his special little snowflake story he needs to go back to square one and examine his premises anyway.

That said, the internet is also full of self loathing losers who shit on everything they see no matter what it is, so that's in there too.

There are quite a few thread responses that stink of adolescent "Oh man you so beta; I woulda just fuct that beehatch" rather than actual opinions on psychology of social interaction or decent advice.

Feedback and criticism can help us learn. Almost all of us are still digesting the Red Pill. We are all most likely still doing things that show that we haven't yet. Those things need to be pointed out.

Eh, stop criticizing criticism. If it floats, the OP needs to hear it. If it don't hold water, it will be an obvious troll. All OPs need to learn to think for themselves.

This tradition of irreverent criticism is probably the best thing TRP has to offer IMO. Let it be.

There is a distinction between constructive criticism and AMOGing, but I think that people often forget the "constructive part".

"You shouldn't have done that" isn't helpful. Why should they not have done that? What alternatives are there? How would you act without the benefit of hindsight? These are all good things to expand upon in your reply.

I disagree with this entire post. We're not picking apart posts to gain some type of internet dominance. We're trying to identify the correct and incorrect responses so that we can all learn, share, and improve.

It's like you want this to be a support forum, and I'm pretty sure that's not what this place is.

It happens on every forum, you have to realize TRP is still a group and we still use the same logic as feminism when it comes to who is popular and who is not.

I seen a post where the guy said, "Don't make the mistake I made", rather than encouragement they tore his mistakes down, the mistakes he already knew were mistakes.

There was no constructive criticism just concern trolling , and its not going to change, no matter were you go the same thing is going to happen, its best just to echo chamber if you want to contribute, same goes for any group
