Summer is a pickup festival. you only need to go out to a shopping area and you will see tons of girls. You only need to approach.

It seems to me that you need to work on your networking skills. Talking to people doesn't mean anything other than you are validating them or they are validating you with useless conversation. The sidebar has books on effective communication and as mentioned by ManliestDwarf, you need to go out into public and start conversations with everyone to learn your niche and to hone your networking craft.
