I've been lurking TRP for a number of weeks now and I'm having my eyes opened from the required reading. I've improved my diet and started regular exercise (Dem gains) and upped my fashion.

While I'm digesting all of this new information, I'm trying to apply it and learn from past experiences. I can't help but cringe at my previous behaviour. Among them, I have a few relationship where, by definition, I am an orbiter, but I enjoy and value them as people and as friends. This is probably my own hamster running? Remembering being an AFC in the club is particularly cringe worthy to me.

I want to learn more from my past experiences by looking (behaviour, etc) at them through the TRP lens and at higher value than "god dammit I don't want to be that guy anymore". I've started calling my self out on my own shit.

How did you swallow TRP and learn from cringe experiences?

Also, for anyone else new like me, if your doing the required reading on your phone, the app instapaper has made doing the readings much easier on the eyes. If you're using RedditSync (android) it also has a readability function to format the readings into a better mobile friend format in the top right menu when you open the links.
