With another April Fools come and gone, at least some of you heard Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up for the umpteenth time.

This song is an example of the beta mindset that pop culture feeds young men, even to this day. It implies that the "full commitment" that nice guys offer is what women really want. With lyrics like "You wouldn't get this from any other guy" and "We've known each other for so long", you can't help but picture the orbiting beta, crafting his speech to woo the lady of his dreams.

It's a shame so many otherwise enjoyable songs preach this beta mindset. It's a complaint I've seen before and have experienced myself. The Red Pill makes mainstream music, TV shows, and movies much less palatable.
