At some point you just become resistant despite exposure. It affects you less and less, until you realize you just DGAF.

The fundamental error with posts such as yours and the guys at NoFap is you have no internal locus of control. You seem like you're not retarded, so you should be able to analyze the costs and benefits of your actions. If you watch porn, you might not have the time to work on that paper you've put off until the last minute, for example.

Asking a problem like "how do I change my internal state of being" indicates a lack of error on your part. If you don't want to be on the internet, don't get on the internet. Cut off your WiFi. Only use the internet at public places. Just be a man and don't get on it.
