I managed to get some time with Niko once again yesterday. He was kind enough to stay up late and get a talk in for another installment of our semi-regular podcast The Red Pill Monthly (more like bi-monthly recently).

I really liked this one because we delved into some new stuff about Frame and the importance of establishing and maintaining a solid sense of self and purpose in all aspects of a man’s life, but focusing on the interpersonal and intersexual importance of Frame.

The concept of Frame is not my original idea, it’s actually derived from interpersonal psychology. However, way back in my early days at SoSuave I made the connection to the psychological principle and what PUAs of the time were advocating as a means to control in seduction. I begin my Iron Rules of Tomassi with Frame because I’ve always felt that everything else in seduction, and life in general, hinges upon the realities we create for ourselves.

The pop-cultural term for it today is ‘mindset’, but I feel the concept of Frame extends beyond what’s generally a retreading of The Power of Positive Thinking that’s being promoted as mindset now. It certainly plays a part in the entirety of holding Frame, but the overall establishment of Frame with a woman, with other men, with your family or with your employer requires an art that extends past just how one thinks of himself.

When you take the red pill, and I mean fully swallow it, you are given a new set of glasses: the red pill lens. It is a new way of seeing things - the true way that things operate.

At first, the red pill lens is something you keep nearby, sometimes you put it on but many times you forget. You see, your mind hasn't gotten used to the tint yet. Your brain is plastic, years of blue pill conditioning makes it feel unnatural. You still keep it nearby.

You engage yourself as you go through your life experiences, the red pill lens sprinkles you with truths: AWALT, AF/BB, Briffault's Law, etc. You start to understand the underlying principles that drive people's behaviors, you begin to judge the women around you like your peers. This becomes a daily routine, you remind yourself to compare your plugged in analyses with the new ones available with the lens.

Soon enough, you forget you are looking through the lens. It becomes your new reality.

Frame is seeing the world through the red pill lens and conducting yourself in accordance with, and with full conviction regarding red pill truths. It involves both instanteous analysis and perfect execution. It is the perfection that we as men should strive for.

Here is frame: Standing up for your sole, individual interests as as a man.

Forget your family. Forget your friends. They aren't your frame. You are all you have, for life. You're all you can strengthen, improve, grow. Part of growing is growing your frame. Your unbreakability. Your anti-pussification, anti-subservience, pro-equity, and pro-self-advocacy attributes.

You are your frame. You are your personal advocate and defender And again, what is it? It's ensuring you receive full, complete equity (aka value aka ownership) that you are owed, if you're in a negotiation with someone for example.

To put it short: sticking up for yourself and what deserve-- because you don't let people take that away from you. You will not be trodden on.

But, to stick up for yourself is to hold up the weight of integrity and unbreakability. you have to have the mentality. Which mentality? An unbreakable one.

Imagine a super solid doorway that lets some stuff pass, but not other stuff. What doesn't it let pass? The bullshit. The manipulation. Someone trying to fuck me over. Someone deceiving me.

That shit does not pass my figurative "frame"-- the doorway of my judgement of that which is or is not equitable to me.

Because I stick up for myself.

And to stick up for myself, I have to filter stuff. That is to say-- My brain has to filter stuff-- namely the bullshit and idealizations-- and see through to clarity and reality. Things people say. Things I read. The reality I perceive. Frame... Filter... Same same. It's something that monitor situation and ensure integrity with regards to myself, my needs, and my equity is fulfilled. I can't let things into my frame that make me weak.

And at the same time exhibiting frame is standing there being you. And the stronger you are, the stronger your frame is, the more people notice. You're unshakeable. You don't get emotional. You don't lose your composure. Because you have solid frame.

So, before you can filter, you have to see/encounter the thing to be filtered: reality. the people around you. your experiences. and the rights you have to stand up for yourself and how you choose to exercise them. And... you filter out all the dumb shit, of course and recognize reality. Take the pill.

You don't explain your realizations to people. Why not? They're still in BP reality -- and they won't understand RP. They don't have the context to understand it. So, don't explain RP concepts, it's a complete waste and people will dislike you for it (b/c they don't understand why what you say doesn't mesh with reality. not b/c it's untrue... but b/c they experience cognitive dissonance).

What are these realizations of yours? Well, you've been:

How does that compare with the expectations that are put upon a man in your society? Do women claim equality to such expectations?

Do they actually intend on equality? Fuck no. That is "cognitive dissonance". People fronting (perhaps without even knowing it) and pretending to be equal to a man (yet they're not a man), or fronting and pretending to be an adult (yet they're a female who is 100% fully dependent on a man and exhibits characteristics of a teenager)...

And yet... You know they're full of shit. You simply smile and move on. As men we have bigger problems than confronting such adult immaturity and refusal to by women to commit truly equal equity into their relationships/community.

For instance...

You have a friend. Do you exploit them? Lets say they provide a certain value to you, when you cannot reciprocate. One month later, you have the ability to reciprocate. Yet, they haven't asked you for a thing. Maybe they already forgot about it. Do you mention to them that you will recriprocate now that you've earned what is due to them? A man does so-- a man pays his due. It is virtuous.

Women know nothing of virtue, beyond what they feign based on their observation. Do they think deeply about the equity they've consumed vs provided? Of course not. Why would they? They've never been confronted with actual independence (in many cases) but rather, they expect to be a dependent. To be "taken care of". To be infantilized. Such is not independent. Such is not equity. Such is exploitation.

Such is their reality. They seek not to improve themselves.

They seek to exploit that which has been self-improved and invested upon, without their actual production of any effort of work.

And such is prostitution. And such is feminine imperative.

I would argue that the more widespread western "fempowerment" reaches into global culture you will see women expect to provide their own security for themselves. Men are portrayed as buffoons, unreliable, typically male, or they're lost boys / kidults addicted to porn and video games. Either that or they're subject to "toxic masculinity" potentially violent, easily angered, bro culture assholes.

When these are the predominant archetypes for being a man, women deductively figure they need to be the adult or the one responsible for their own security since men cannot be relied upon to deliver it. Now, pair that with the rise of fempowerment and the cultural shift to a feminine-primary social order and you get generations of women who don't even presume to submit to a man's frame.

Yet, from an innate, evolved imperative, women still crave men who have the dominance enough to create worlds for themselves that are both thrilling (Alpha Fucks) and at the same time stable (Beta Bucks).

It's easy to point out certain types of women, as has been commented here already, but understand that ALL women are subject to a conditioning that promotes the idea that men cannot be trusted with the control of a woman's life, making decisions for her and much less a family.
