The classic PUA vs MGTOW debate.

The "Alpha Core" is an animal thing and you aren't going to get that by playing with PUA "tactics" automatically. The "Alpha Core" is not fake.

However, just the physical act of approaching might elevate your heartrate and make you sense your inner animal so you never know. (anything that gets you out of your head is good)

Lifting forces you to know "this is ME lifting that weight", no bullshit in doing that.

MGTOW is primarily about seeking your "Alpha Core" and not about "tactics".

People may choose their own path...

I actually just wrote some notes on why 'fake it til you make it' isn't the best way to go about things. There are too many caveats for it to work as intended and efficiently. The novice doesn't have a full grasp of these caveats as they lack experience, so it's easy to lose your way or not understand things that happen / where to go from there. It's partly why asktrp and trpgame are filled with trivial shit.

I wrote it at 3am when I couldn't sleep, so it's kind of a mess. I'll polish it and post it soonish. ^{Teaser: What I propose essentially builds off of being genuine and being fully able to process and accept failure as a means to a larger goal. It establishes a more natural evolution for a better foundation.}

for me the important part of this is actually having an abundance mentality. If you do not have that, you will not be able to pull off the confidence that you want to have at the tip of a hat and consistently on a 24/7 basis. It takes several actions where you pretend to have this confidence to build up this mentality. Once you have done it enough, its yours an begins to permeate every facet of your being, down to the subconscious cues we all give off.

I wish I could fake confidence, but when I do I just end up bottling up all my emotions and it ends with me getting super depressed and demotivated and feeling like a horrible person. I just don't know what is wrong with me
