I need to say this. Especially with the Jordan Peterson fad and whatnot, I feel obligated to let you all down: males are born as alphas or betas. "Hard work," determination, and character changes do not fix that. The alpha male has a naturally fierce (and beautiful) facial structure, accompanied by a high mathematical or verbal intelligence, both of which are entirely genetic. An imposing stature often helps, but is not always necessary (see Putin).

Dumb ass frat guys that "work out" or make their beds because Jordan Peterson told them to are often unknowingly at the very bottom of the male-dominance hierarchy. They are perfect examples of the Dunning-Kruger effect, believing that because they are able to attract equally unintelligent sorority chicks, they must have an edge on other guys. You will rarely find alphas in a frat; rather, they are quiet, composed, and keep to themselves. They have very important things on their minds that others around them would not understand. They are hardly concerned with working out, because they realize that their phenomenal intelligence (a natural trait) and facial structure speak for themselves. They understand that bulky muscle is animalistic and largely unneeded for success in modern culture, except for unintelligent beings (betas). They are not weak by any means, but they dominate others using their mind and presence, rather than resorting to physical combat--they are always breaking up fights with logic and reason, rather than starting them.

Now, an important point: alphas are highly skilled in "verbal combat," because of their high verbal intelligence. They deliver well-crafted arguments, as well as ad hominem attacks that will make any grown man cry (see Trump). Others will try and deliver equally witty comebacks, only to make themselves look foolish; meanwhile, the alpha laughs inside, as others laugh with him. The alpha is also rarely serious with those he dislikes; he has no time for betas that are proud and haughty (think frat guys). However, if he is a Christ-like man, he will be sincere and loving toward those that are lowly in heart, including women, children, and kind, intelligent men. Please note, however, that not all alphas are Godly men; Trump is a prime example of this. Betas are often deceived by unGodly alphas, as they do not possess the intelligence to understand their true motives. Never be deceived by unGodly alphas, but take refuge under alphas that love and emulate Christ. They have no tolerance for evil, and store up much wrath toward those that oppose good, yet they love others with great compassion. Oh, I have so much more to say, but so little time.
