It's no news that we all have a very limited time before we die. If time was substituted with 'free money' and you were told you only have a limited amount of time to get free money, you would be spending every waking moment accumulating as much money as you can until your time ran out.

In this world everyone seems to have put time on a pedestal similar to how most guys put pussy on a pedestal. 'Oh i'm already 32, if I go back to university I'll be 36! fuck thats 4 years man! how can I wait that long?'; 'jesus i'm going to be 29 in a few days, what have I done with my life?'; 'fuck i'm already 23 and I have been searching for 1 year for a job and am thinking of just giving up!' etc etc.

I think to really get the most out of this world, we shouldn't limit ourselves by time. Time is just a construct and sure it's important to know what time it is, what day, what year etc. but it should not be an independent variabale that comes into the equation when you are making life choice decisions. Imagine how many of us have not done something beneficial for our futures because we thought the end result would take too long?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it is not time in and of itself that is important, but it is the pursuit of something valuable during that time you are here that is important. Surprisingly this thinking implicitely results in time becoming obsolete to you anyway. It could take you 10 years, 15 years, a lifetime to reach your goals but if you are not considering time as a variable, you will manage to reach it regardless of how monumental the time frame.
