If you want to develop masculinity fast you need to get your hands dirty and do manual labor instead of reading/watching videos. Manual labor has been a part of the human spirit for hundreds of thousands of years until the birth of the Industrial Age. Over the ages, manual labor was essential to teaching masculine skills because getting the job done developed a thick skin, delayed gratification, and discipline from doing something you don't want to.Whether it was hunting, fishing, smelting, farming, cutting wood, or yard work, most males only got fed if they contributed to the village. Also being covered with dirt was seen as masculine enjoyment because it was proof you were useful. If you were too clean and not covered in sweat you were called feminine or lazy. Now in our technological age of video games and social media when is the last time you dug a hole on the ground? Or gotten a hoe and cut some weeds? Have you ever felt true exhaustion or been covered with dirt in the past year? I'm sure we all have stories of being children our moms would nag us about how dirty we got the clothes. My theory is that more males need to experience manual labor in order to develop thick skin, discipline, actually sweat, and stop caring what people think.

Here at the Red Pill we tell everyone to lift weights, but at times being inside an air conditioned environment just feels so artificial and clean. Most people don't actually sweat and are afraid of getting truly exhausted. Their is no real sense of danger because your removed from the elements. Dealing with harsh weather and getting truly exhausted from doing functional movements such as lifting a tool, bending and pushing develops toughness. Masculinity is strengthened by doing a task under constant struggle and pressure, and some soy boys need maximum struggle to get rid of their beta ways. Most of you have it too easy. Ask your grandpa what type of physical labor he had to do when he was your age. He will probably give you the talk of having to walk 5 miles to school during the week, and on the weekend had to help cut weeds with a hoe before sunset. When is the last time you visited a hardware store? Or the last time you actually grabbed dirt with your bare hands? You need to raise your body temperature in order to increase you're levels of growth hormone. [Google "heat stress and hormones"].

Another purpose of manual labor is that you feel a sense of accomplishment because you realize how much power you have to change the physical Earth. Digging a four foot hole to plant a tree in the middle of the afternoon will make you feel more masculine than bench pressing 215 lbs for five minutes. The reason is that you will feel more masculine is because the conditions to dig a hole were harsher than bench pressing. Harsher due to the weather, thirstiness, and constant exhaustion. Manual labor was also an important part of being a warrior throughout history. Not only did warriors have to march hundreds of miles but they also had to help set up camp, cut wood, and build fortifications. Thats how they developed thick skin and stop caring what people think about them. The sad reality is most males are too sissy to be in the hot sun for 30 minutes over fear of getting sweaty. Then those same males get buthurt because Sally isn't replying back.

Psychologically, you would feel accomplished spending an hour or two cutting weeds because you will notice how much you have changed the landscape with your bare two hands. You will get a stronger endorphin boost than being in an air conditioned gym because your're actually sweating your ass off. You actually did something useful that changed your environment. A majority of us go to the gym because its fun..but how can you develop toughness if your doing something that fun? Go grab a pickaxe and shovel. Then go spend an hour digging a hole listening to Power Metal and notice how masculine you feel. When you were a child do you remember loving to dig holes?

If you're worried about getting smelly, sweaty, or getting some dirt on you sometimes..congratulations! You're soft and feminine. Probably because you were emasculated as a child by your mother to not get your clothes dirty. Lets be real, your father probably wished you got more smelly, sweaty, and dirty more often instead of being in your room all day . If you're scared to approach girls I can almost guarantee its been a while since you have sweated hard in the sun. Manual labor is one of the reasons why some of the manliest men on the Earth have "alpha" qualities. Military, Construction, Animal Husbandry, and Prisons tend to have a higher ratio of males who are stoic and masculine.

If you're currently a soyboy or have a onetis you need to get yourself a shovel and spend an hour making a hole. See how you feel afterwards. Spend an hour in the sun getting sweaty and see how much you actually give a fuck about other people. You will notice you will become more stoic over time. Notice how useful you actually feel. Maybe you feel angry and digging that hole will help you take frustration out. Notice how you smell...different, and that this type of sweat is way more concentrated. That's Stress sweat leaving the body because you're actually getting exhausted and you're body temperature has been raised. Women love that smell, its animistic and primal attraction to them. Pheromones are actually released! Because you actually physically struggled and overcame a obstacle.

If you're skeptical of this thread..seriously, go dig a hole for an hour. Then tell me how you feel. Only then you will understand what I'm talking about.
