Okay so my point with this whole story is, from a redpill perspective, what is the right thing to do?

Have trust that your frame will keep her faithful, if you think she is going to cheat on you its because you think you are not her alpha and that is your problem, not hers and not jealousys problem.

Emotions are part of life.

For men we are stoic about our emotions and recognize their existence and don't attempt to deny they exist but we aren't driven by them.

For women the emotion actually defines reality. So the hamster wheel is her way of retroactively constructing a seemingly logical word that matches her feelings.

Obviously we know her fabricated hamster wheel creation is a mythology of her own imagination. We know that emotions for women actually change their core reality in a deep way.

When a woman is incapable of spinning the hamster wheel so that it creates the illusion of happiness for her she can pretty much self destruct.

So jealousy is more deeply life changing for women.

A negative emotion sustained over a long period of time can cause a complete rewrite of reality and that's where you see women make these sudden reversals and turn on you.

So Dread Game is good if done sparingly.

Too much jealousy and she will require some comfort or else she will explode.

For guys if she proves unfaithful it's just a question of how you go about punishing that behavior or whether it's a scenario where you Next her.

This really belongs in r-asktrp, but here are my two cents:

Women will do a lot of things to provoke an emotional response from you. Women thrive on emotions and drama, whether they are negative or positive. When you act jealous, it provides her with a slight emotional thrill. She is thrilled that she has done something to provoke a reaction from you. Do not reward negative behavior. Do not give her the emotions she craves as a result of her own negative actions. When you are in charge, you decide when to excite her - surprise her with romance, get fired up about something political, get angry at her, insult her to pick a fight... but whatever you do, do not enter her frame.

If she does something to make you jealous, treat it like a shit test. Make her realize that yeah, she's more than welcome to go fuck another guy if she wants, but you won't be there when she gets back. Maintain your own frame.

Of course they will tell you they love jealousy. It validates them that they must be an amazing catch if you're protective of her since you probably can't do any better. Fish also prefer fishermen to use hooks where it's easy to get the bait off without being caught - but that doesn't help the fisherman any.

Your example of not letting LTRs go out to clubs is more of a dominance/control thing. He sets a rule, he expects her to obey, if she doesn't there are consequences. "Jealousy" screams whiny bitchiness about something she's already done but no actual consequences.

The women who will abandon a partner for not showing any jealousy, is probably because they sense they aren't enough to lock him down and therefore they eject before they waste any more time on him. In this case the guy probably doesn't care since he's an alpha motherfucker and has 6 more plates on speed dial for the moment she leaves.

Why do so many people freak out at the idea their girl will cheat on them?

In the case she cheats, just next her ass. Not having the willingness to leave, and claiming ownership over the girl is what makes a lot of guys jealous. The girl is not yours, and you can't suppress her hypergamous ways. It's just your turn. Girls are an abundant resource, they are replaceable. No one freaks out if their tire pops, because they all know they can replace it.

Jealousy means neediness, it means you can't replace you tire.

I am very the opposite of jealous because I revel in other guys pining over what I am banging. I give the girl enough rope to hang herself with and if she proves to be a whore then next.

It drives me nuts when my bitch is bitching on me for showing any attention to another woman. Ok sure, dread game and everything but what I say is what I do: if I say I am not fucking anyone else nor trying to then that is what is happening.

Jealousy is natures way of telling you that you have assigned too high a value to someone/something. You thought the girl was "yours" so you assign value to her, her actions make you jealous proving she isn't yours. Appropriate action reassign her value to the correct level or plate or next.
