Basic Primer On RP

Broadly speaking, TRP is a subset of the manosphere where we recognize and accept without judgment the natural dynamics between men and women, the detrimental effects for both women and men of 3rd wave feminism, and the favorable treatment women get in both laws and society. TRPs mission is to maximize sexual strategy in this modern “liberated” sexual market.

I have received a number of PMs from guys appreciating the few comments I’ve made where I’ve tried to distinguish the social bullshit of the SJWs on the left (bluepillers), from the political objectives of the left. I’ve decided to put forward this distinction I see in a larger post because I know from experience that part of the reason some men don’t read about RP is a perception that it means you agree with the political right. RP does not mean this, which is why I can be LeftAndRed. Understanding hypergamy does not require you to cut taxes. That’s ridiculous.

Social Justice Versus Politics

What the broader redpill movement is, is a social movement. The “enemy” is the group of social justice warriors who’ve spread PC bullshit since the 90s feminizing education, tilting social dynamics towards women, and even passing laws for nonexistent problems (what wage gap?).

What the broader redpill movement is not, is a political movement. We don’t educate men on economics or geopolitics. We don’t endorse domestic spending agendas. We don’t talk about tax policy. Any complaint about laws are made on questions of equity, not efficiency.

The Right Wing History of The Red Pill

A small group of men on the political right first realized the truth about our social and sexual natures. It was easier for them because they were often the ones who were targeted by SJW’s bullshit moral sermons. But what they discovered, was that the SJW social bullshit had pervaded politics. When people say the democrats don’t stand for anything, it’s because the SJWs made the dems stop talking about politics and instead talk about culture.

As someone on the left, we have lost more from the SJWs than anyone. Because the SJWs convinced the left that there was some moral imperative to fix a nonexistent “wage gap,” “rape culture,” and “micro aggressions” (whatever the fuck that is, I’m black and it’s just a guilt trip.) We were too quiet talking about economics, tax, and trade. Politics. My theory on Trump’s success is that legitimate left wing policy questions got drummed out by the incessant outrage machine, and we lost the election. That may ultimately become a good thing as it may allow the left to put the muzzle on the apoplectic SJWs snarling in the corner about their stupid shit.

I am thankful for the guys on the right who discovered this and gave it a platform. However, it isn’t a political discovery, but a social one.

The Left Wing History of The Red Pill

The first vocal opponent to the feminization of society is very politically left. Bill Maher has been warning us about the dangers of feminism for a long time. But his voice wasn’t heard. Instead the SJWs shamed him and others like him, until the finally stole the platform. There have been a number of politically left comedians who have been spitting RP truths for years, but no one listens to the jester.

Either way, as someone on the left, we owe a huge debt to the guys on the right for throwing us a rope to climb away from the pit of SJW lunacy.

Final Thoughts

It’s tempting for a lot of guys on the political right to tar leftist policies with the SJW name. It worked real well last election, and to be fair, the SJWs have done a good job at stealing the platform of the political left. But, it is completely congruent to believe that:

  • the sexual marketplace favors the top alpha men AND that Reagonomics has failed to deliver growth.

  • I can believe AF/BB, AND still think defunding the safety net has led to less risk taking and fewer millennial entrepreneurs.

  • I can believe that women don’t really know what they want in a partner AND think that a strong international presence with multilateral treaties puts us in a better geopolitical position.

  • I can believe that “rape culture”/microaggressions are guilty bullshit, AND think we need to regulate Wall Street because the consequences of unregulated risk taking land on everyday people.

Socially red is not mutually exclusive with left policies because the spheres marginally overlap at most.

I do NOT want to talk about politics on this sub, that’s not what this should ever be about. But, I suspect more men on the political left are going to start waking up. If you previously thought being a traditionalist (anti-SJW) meant you had to be conservative, let me tell you it doesn’t. I am a traditionalist but also left on policies.
