Personally I think polygamy is a shit idea. Most of us don't want to be burdened by one wife let alone multiple wives. Who would want multiple women nagging them and shit testing them every day. What happens legally when one wife leaves you and takes half of what is left. The other wives are going to fight each other for the privilege of being the second wife to leave so they get a bigger share. They aren't going to go down with your sinking ship. Unless you are an all star male polygamy will destroy you.

TRP describes men as naturally polygamous. It's our default setting and with the concept of marriage having gone to shit we're reverting to it. Some men do prefer monogamy despite this, and TRP is just as important to them, if not more.
