I want to get this frame stuff down, because I know my frame sucks, and I know in the past it didn't. So I am going to through a bajillion questions at you. I do hope you do not mind:

Here goes:

Forgive my beta questions. I am frustrated by frame because I had Frame at one time, and now I don't.

What about false frame? I know people who have no real frame and yet appear to have frame.

I am a writer, when I was the President of the Local Poetry Guild I had frame. Same with art. Same with paganism.

The problem is, if I say "This is not a good piece of art or writing, the response is "so what?"" Frame suggests that the work I have put in - in art and writing validate me, and yet, in situations when I present this frame, I get tepid responses. Their frame which is "meh, I like what I like, so your effort has no meaning."

Alright, sure. Ok. So you are ignorant, happy with that ignorant, and dismissive of my work. So what is my frame supposed to say? "You are a worthless cunt because you have this ill-thought belief that art just happens, that it doesn't take work? Fuck you, you ill-bred, hopless, shitfucking twat."

The problem is you say others validation doesn't matter, then competition doesn't matter. And - this is important, what do you do if you never do well? What if there is nothing that you are good at? Even if you have put in hours of work.

I guess this leads to why do we need Frame then? I mean, what does Frame do for you as a person?

I am a poet, I have written, and published poems. But poetry does not get you laid. I learned that when someone wrote a poem any 5-year-old could and his target was wowed by his and didn't "get" mine.

If it's something people don't see as work (writing and art come to mind immediately).

Nothing rewards me for investment, it seems. Frustrating.

What happens if you do the work but have not demonstrated it to others? It seems Frame requires others to validate it. Otherwise, indulgence is a perfectly valid frame.

What happens when frames clash? When I know things. I really do, but in some cases I wilt under pressure, or I don't have a response when someone who is ignorant, delusional, or just plain wrong disagrees with my assertions?

An example might be Art. Art is. not subjective. the art's subject is. But questions of style, technique, theme and mood are not. So when someone says "This isn't a good example of Art Nuveau." and someone else says "Lol. Idiot, I like it." and tries to break your frame, what is the proper response?

Can you re-establish frame, or is it impossible to "prophesy in Galilee?"

Just understanding what "frame" meant was a challenge for me after watching your last video. It seemed like some kind of esoteric abstraction. Things are much clearer and concrete now. Thanks, and keep 'em coming!

Also never let people completely define you, maybe listen to criticsm , but they are not in your frame. A good Example is Albert Einstein he had a lot of people who misunderstood him including a wife that he had to let go because she would let him live the life he was building. His Professors also misunderstood him etc, sometimes we must be willing to live outside what others see as wise in order to accomplish what we can become.
