i have literally watched and laughed at this as young girls dating my son, he's( 5'-10'' and 170 lbs , but can out bench me , 6'-2'' 260+) . i do this at my local Ace Hardware all the time if it's small amounts i don't bother but $40 or more they'll give you a 15-20 % discount and i remind them i can drive about 15 mile to a Lowes and get it for the discount price i am asking for. Yep i'm on my third month of Keto right now so i don't do much over 20 (net)carbs a day. i noticed in the jungles of south american where i lived for a few years that those in the country (compesinos) stayed thin and it wasn't just due to diet and exercise now looking back , but the women cooked with very primitive rough ingredients and no processed foods where as the same me when moving into cities even for a short while started swelling up from processed foods.
