You have to ask yourself, what do I want here? What is important? Possibilities include:

ONS / Short term plate (all she's worth, plus history proves she is less loyal than average)
Maintain friendship (impossible if you have sex with P)
Teach M a lesson ( are you his parent or guardian? )

Your video plan, legality and morality aside, only serves the first of those goals (which tbh doesn't require the video.)

Sounds like a terrible plan. You are trying to justify fucking someone who you know you should not fuck. Just show him the evidence you already have of infidelity.
