Women crave physical and emotional dominance in men. They want a man who will bring out their most sexual nature, by any means necessary. If you doubt it, how can you explain the prevalence of rape fantasies in women?

I think it's more of the fact that violent men tend to not give a fuck what others think about them, and less to do with the violence itself. If anything, I think the violence turns women off; they are attracted to the self-centered man in spite of his violence, not because of it.

what I gather from personal experience is that knowing that you have the ability to fuck someone up is primal but empowering. I've been into combat sports since I was 18, I stopped training for two years and recently started again. During the time I stopped fighting I definitely lost a lot of "my swagger". Now that I am back in the gym I feel sore every fucking day, but I cherish that pain like it's gold, and the extra confidence boost is doing wonders for my game.

Here's a small, personal anecdote that I feel illustrates your point . . .

I was out at a club, just sitting and minding my own business. It was late, I was tired and I didn't really see anything I liked.

This guy is dancing with his girl, and he keeps stumbling back into me even though there's lots of room on the dance floor that night. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt because the club is what it is, and you can't really complain about the occassional bump.

It keeps happening even after I glared at him for doing it, so finally I just stiff arm him the fuck away from me hard enough that he moves about three feet and the chick gets bumped back a bit too.

He gets loud, mouthy, unglued, "Blah balh you don't know what you're fuckin with" whatver. I sit in my seat without saying a word to him while does all of this, quietly keeping eye contact. Eventually the bouncer comes over and moves the guy over to the other side of the dance floor.

Now, I'll confess, I rarely pass up a chance to tool a tool, so . . . the kid's still sitting there eyeing me from his seat. The girl didn't follow him over, and instead she starts talking to me. The bouncer is still watching him, so I decided to wink at the kid while talking to the girl and crack a cocky grin. Of course the kid tries to get past the bouncer who gives a big arm right in the chest to stop him. Needless to say, the grin got cockier after that.

The girl's one friend joins the conversation. As I'm sitting there, I see the chick to my right starts playing with her hair and her clothes, and she won't quit looking over my way.

So . . . yeah . . . I think based on the evidence that a very dead night quickly became three chicks showing IOIs simply because of a minor act of violence, there's something to be said for the idea.

Bear in mind, I grew up in a poor and violent environment. Hell, one of my next door neighbors stalked a guy after a fight at the bar, killed him, and then torched his body (sure, he got life in prison, but it seems like he made his point). It takes a lot more than some guy running his mouth to impress me, and when women pick that up, it's "game on".

Violence entails dominance. An exceedingly violent man is easily construed as exceedingly dominant. While we may see him as a loose cannon with little willpower when it comes to emotional outbursts, women get fuzzy gina tingles and put his pole in their mouths. It's biology. Women don't want to get hit, but they want to be told what to do. Simple as that.

It's not because they're violent. Women don't dig violence per se, but alphaness. Violence and alphaness often go hand in hand, but they don't have to.

I think violence = status

In many primates groups, the alpha male is the most physically dominant and gets the most tail.

Women are primarily attracted to status.

Evo-psych theories (and some hard science) tell us that women may be hardwired to lubricate for aggressive men as self-protection.

Imagine a woman in the ancient world who's been turned into a slave. She will only reproduce through rape.

So in conclusion, We've evolved women who only reproduce through rape. Sexual relations as men envision them do not exist in the female mind.

Dworkin was right. Acquiring status to attract women is simply subtle sexual coercion.
