It's the opposite of a social construct, it's just a yes/no marker for whether you've had full genital contact with another person's genitals. It's factual.

The following are social constructs: money, law, justice, calendar, chess, the side of the road to drive on, wars, etc. etc.

Just because something is a social construct does not mean you can completely ignore or redefine it.

men are more committed to how reality actually functions (because we need to be) than women who aren't as interested in that (because they don't have to be) and are more interested in how they can change their and other's perception of reality to suit their life goals.

I like the way you presented this point, without a sense of superiority that a lot of guys here in use if they are still in the anger phase. There is nothing intrinsically better about either sex, we just have different objectives.
