How often do you require to do it? Does it leave a smell in your mouth?
Shouldn't be too hard, really.. Just do it when you're outside, pop a strong mint on your way back home. I've been smoking cigarettes and weed for the last 4 years, and that's what I do.. But one can buy one cigarette at a time here, I don't keep packs. Haven't been caught yet.

The person who asked you to post this here presumably was expecting everyone to say something along the lines of "Don't let her tell you what you can and can't do, be assertive, you're being a beta."
Which is true. If you have a vice in your life, you need to be honest about it with your girlfriend. You're going to slip up if you try to hide something like that and then you'll be considered a cowardly liar. This is very unattractive and she'll think less of you and likely seek out another guy to replace you.
Be upfront about what you want. If she can't handle that you want to engage in the combination stupidest, trashiest looking, filthiest, least healthy and least attractive activity in the world, then you two just aren't going to work out and you need to move on to some unhygienic half-wit that will accept you for who you are including your repulsive addiction.
Either way, be honest and assertive about this as in either case it will benefit you in the long run.
