There's been a lot of talk about interaction with the female population so this little gem popped in my head this morning as I was getting ready for the day.

As you sit here, pretend as if you were going to die today. Maybe you'd get fatally hit by a car, maybe you'll have a heart attack and no one is around, perhaps you will slip and fall and break your neck...either way, today is the last day you will ever live.

What are your regrets?

I ask this because, being the pro self improvement subreddit that we are, sometimes asking yourself, "how do I want to better myself?" isn't enough. I am bringing the fear of death into the equation, the one thing that will take away all the precious time you thought you had.

So again I ask, What are your regrets?

Think about your own death, as if it were to happen today, bring that fear in, the fear of not being able to accomplish anything simply due to the lack of time. Then make a list of all the things you regret you didn't do. That will put things into perspective and give you a real idea of who you are, your likes and dislikes (if you happen to be apathetic to things), and will allow you to truly form your own identity.

You can list them here if you like.

Mine are: -traveling the world -learning how to play the guitar -taking some time out to train at gym jones -learn my national language -learn how to cook better

These regrets may change but for now and may grow or shorten, these are the things that make me happy and are for me alone.
