I give up my seat to preggos, sick, children and elderly, with the caveat that if anyone demands I do so, they can f*ck off. My consideration and courtesy are gifts, not entitlements.

Ick. This implies you want her for a girlfriend. The same thing happened to me several times with drinks in clubs, so I have a few canned responses to drink stealers:

evil laugh "mmm...backwash."
look disgusted "Ugh, take it. I have no idea where you've been."
if she's being a bitch, or if you feel like it Tap/flick the bottom of the cup while she's drinking from it. It's enough to cause some drink to spill out onto her face but not so forceful a movement as to make you seem unreasonable. May not work with milkshakes due to their viscosity.

Her grabbing your milkshake is her saying "I can do whatever the fuck I want with/to this guy and he will take it" - and you did. This was a shit test. When you said "I make my dreams reality" you said that despite (or because of) her bad behaviour you'd like to make her your girlfriend. Wrong answer. You should have rebuked her, with something like "Don't do that again, I don't know where your mouth has been" or "Left your manners at home?" then shake your head and ignore her.

Most guys keep rewarding bad behaviour and then they wonder why women behave badly.

Um, I would have snatched it right back from her and ignored her the rest of the time (possibly throwing the straw she contaminated back at her). She feels entitled to your stuff. Why put up with that shit? Besides, the frame of "I'm not one of your beta orbiting tools" would only help.
