Her story seems legit enough. The circumstances don't suggest "regret" rape or "he's not calling me back" rape. The voice she is writing in is detached and concise, which is a possibly consistent with her story. If she claimed she was beaten half to death and then wrote in the same manner, then I'd not believe a word.

Of course, we've only heard her side of the story.

While women occasionally make false rape claims, TRP and MRA's shouldn't assume that every report is fake. As a law student with a background in psychology, this reads to me as an extremely credible case.

Sober women don't consent to having rough anal sex with their drunk "best friends" (orbiters) in the back of a car. Alot of men (particularly sexually frustrated men) are capable of rape. Most of the time when women make rape claims to police against guys they know, it's because they were actually raped. Being raped is an extremely shameful thing that most girls know reduces their value to others, so they keep it quiet.

Rape is usually very hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, but in this case there is corroborating physical evidence that supports the lack of consent. It is possible that the friend was too drunk to know she wasn't consenting, but his inability to distinguish between LMR/ASD and non-consent was reckless at best.

While I can understand why some men are angry with women after swallowing the TRP, I'm pretty disgusted to be affiliated with a community that assumes false rape accusations are more common than actual rape. The dialogue surrounding Colombia mattress girl is important and valuable. Branding every victim of rape a liar makes us look like we deserve our reputation as misogynists.

It's pretty typical for girls that have been raped to speak like this. In a detached manner or more vengeful when looking back. Girl might be lying about the whole story, but if not then that evidence is pretty solid and the guy got caught molesting a young 14 year old (what a winner). Not all rapes are false.
