Today I was introduced to this sub-reddit as well as "Illimitable Men" - and I come here with the aforementioned question. There is an abundance of quality information in this community yet I find myself deeply disappointed in the way that that the "Dark-Triad" is seemingly admired. I've found that people in this community tend to want to learn how to meta-cognitively emulate psychopaths rather than try to find a way to be just as powerful without selling out their morality. Yes, I am aware of the "borderline-dark triad" - but still I ask, why not an attempt at an obviously more noble path?

EDIT: So I genuinely thought that TRP was more of a Philosophy and DT is looked at as both a sort of mental disorder (that's seemingly admired as I've said) and a means to power (not just tips for getting laid) - but according to you guys this is all just PUA... which is pretty disappointing. The only answers I'm getting is "CAUSE NICE GUYS FINISH LAST BRO" and that's not what I'm asking at all. There is no work being done with ethics, you're basing everything on a reactionary stance against Feminism, and you cultishly fawn over PUA techniques while convincing yourself that you've discovered some holy-grail of intellectualism.
