TLDR: you're being manipulated, gain control
You’ve been lied to, disrespected, encouraged to act like a tool and to carry the load for others who will do nothing in return. You have been sold a philosophy that benefits others first and if you’re lucky you can have a used up skank when you’re thirty and she wants to jump off the CC. She throws that Hail Mary Pussy™ to finally capitalize on the last of her good looks. We all know how this story ends less than 10 years later and she wants the money and a new man. We’re here because we’ve seen this happen too many times or we look at the middle-aged men in our lives that are miserable in marriage.
Women are actively encouraging you to be a tool because it signals to them that you are not Chad and it makes it easier for you to bend to another woman’s will later on. This behavior serves them and makes it easier to survive in the world just like a mans big muscles and his critical mind.
We are all salmon trying to swim upstream. If we stop red pill behavior we are on a crash course for beta bucks status. Chances are that you weren’t a socialite in school and you developed intellectual traits instead of social ones. Chad does not fit in this category. All he did was develop social skills. He played a team sport and was hanging out while you were doing homework. Where is he getting an A? On his dick.
Making up for lost time. There’s a lot of social skills that need to be learned if you’re going to avoid being manipulated. Reading this stuff is like training wheels. Once you have learned balance, you can start learning from first hand experiences and less so from field reports. How is Chad getting better at this stuff? He leaves his house and tries something.
You have to remove the story about how to be a beta bitch and read the one about how you become a man. This starts with reading and lifting. When you read, you can develop your emotional brain as well as your intellectual brain. It all depends on content.
One of the mechanisms of anger is to indicate that something in your life needs to change. Not having a plan or an outlet can lead to built up emotions and a search for release. Anger and depression are related in that one is passive and the other is active. By gaining a third person perspective or ‘observing ego’ on how you are feeling, you will gain greater control over your emotions. When you are feeling the emotion, take a moment and feel the tension in your body. Where is it located? How intense is it? By relaxing those muscles you can start to cool off. Once you are cool, you’ll have an easier time interacting in social situations.
