You say you want to lose weight, yet every day is cheat day for you, eating Pop Tarts and peanut butter.

You say you want to get an A in your class, yet you never study.

You say you are leading an eventful life, yet every time a girl texts you you somehow are always available to text back.

You say women should like you, yet you don't even like yourself.

Don't be the dude that has to hit rock bottom before any reforms are made. If you have a goal, set your mind to it, and let your actions precipitate on said goal.

We get frustrated when we are not accomplishing what we "should" be accomplishing. But that is probably because our thoughts aren't aligned with our actions.

When we say we will do something, we have to follow through with it. If we want to be one of those buff guys women caress, we have to lift and hit the gym, not stay at home in our sweatpants playing xbox.

It is when our thoughts are aligned with our actions that true, tangible progress is made. We can't fool ourselves into thinking that just because we believe in something that it will magically happen.

Thoughts and Actions. Aligned. We do what we say and we say what we do. No more do we allow ourselves to be disillusioned by saying one thing and doing another.

You have a goal, make sure your actions are aligned with that goal. Life doesn't give free passes, and sooner or later reality will set in, regardless of whether it is the reality you do or do not want.
