Also, your title is a borderline rule 3 violation. Try to come up with a title that reflects what's present, such as her demands that the man be generous and ok with her having a kid, but child free himself.

LOL. It's delusional otherwise. 10 years and 1 too many kids for her to make those kinda demands. She wants what EVERY woman wants. Why would a "hvm" give up his chance at a kid to raise another man's?

This is someone who has waited for the perfect guy.. and I mean Perfect.. not finding him (as of course he doesn’t exist) .. and so knowing that the old biological clock is running out fast, has a child (artificially of course as then you can choose the attributes of the donor).. and then still wanting the Perfect guy still.. and not willing to settle

Probably turn into a bitter old woman as if she ever finds someone, she will have to settle for someone not perfect or that perfect guy won’t want her (old with a kid)
