I can't stop seeing all men as predators

Long story short. My first ever "boyfriend" raped me the first time he was alone with me and kept me with him for a year by means of a vicious cycle of physical, sexual, psychological abuse and blackmail. I never got justice and he has lived his life with no consequences. Even after working through the immediate trauma, it has taken me years to get to a point where I'm no longer falling into a pit of self loathing and going for the same shitty guys to fill some kind of void in my life, or being a pickme after emotionally unavailable men because I know that if they're not obsessed with me then they can't hurt me (makes no sense to me now). I have therapy and done a lot of self-reflection and am learning to put myself and my needs first, and this sub has helped me see some of my shitty behaviours and coping mechanisms for what they are, and I would say I'm on the road to being a high value female. I swim in cold lakes and feel at peace. I tend to my plants and I feel joy. I rediscover talents that I have and I feel proud. I get a promotion which aligns in my career path and I feel confident about my future. But something isn't right. My current predicament (I don't know if you could call it that), is that I see so many of those vile behaviours of his in EVERY SINGLE MAN I have ever met. In my head every one of them is a manipulative predator and I can't see past it. I guess they're gEnEtiCaLLy ProGraMmeD to be that way I see it in men who I thought I loved and trusted, i see it in family members, I see it in people I used to look up to. I feel angry that it is so normalised that these scrotes somehow feel entitled to us, like we are some kind of possession. Every time I see the inequalities when it comes to society and work I feel rage, and I don't really know what to do with it. It makes me angry that I don't know any women who haven't been sexually harassed. It makes me angry when that sexual harassment started when they were children. It makes me angry that women have been conditioned to occupy the least amount of space possible. I try to channel the anger into something constructive, because it's not worth my time to hold on to the negativity. But how do you deal when half the population is trash? Like what's the point?
