I recently came across this group so please bear with me.

The main FDS group has a lot of great advice on how to act on dates, during the dating period, etc. but is there any advice/resources out there on how to build a dating profile as an FDS woman that is FDS-approved?

I'm almost 30 and I find that I have close to zero people messaging me. When online dating started about 10 years ago I would go on a lot of dates. Nowadays I find most people my age don't want a relationship/commitment and they are just swiping on everyone on their phone as a self-esteem boost to see how many people like them without the intention of going on a date.

If there are any tips/guides for online dating I would love to watch/read them so I can at least know I did everything I could to attract a HVM.
