Hey girlies, I’ve decided I don’t want to be my boyfriend’s “pet girlfriend” and that I want to try to work.

So far, no volunteering roles anywhere - it’s tough when there are roles for those who want to help those with disabilities, but not those WITH them.

Anyway, I’m applying for roles with companies that are in the top 50 for inclusivity. I am mostly struggling to find roles that match my (lack of) credentials, as most ask for specific prior experience, or they want physically disabled people. I managed to find 1 that I like, but I also worry - do you think I’ll be discriminated against because it’s a neurological disability?

I also dislike that they don’t mention a salary but ask what do you expect to be paid.
