Dont know what thread you speak of, but go back a few days on mrp main and you may find it. Complaints=testing. Read this and this.

In any case you dont want/need a script. You should be able to respond intuitively to anything and everything she says/does. To do that you need to read, understand, and internalize the core of what is being communicated by her to you when she is complaining and respond to that as it fits into your frame/map/relationship.
