NMMNG Support Groups - any good?

The groups are 100% organic.

It's not like going to a gym, a dealership, or an auto parts store where you have expectations of the quality of parts and equipment based on previous experience.

Your quality of experience will depend directly on the people present. You won't know if it's any good until you go. And someone else's experience in any other group won't matter to yours.

Don't be the guy in stopped traffic in the highway, cussing out all the OTHER people creating the traffic jam.

it's a good way to potentially make new guy friends. Men at NMMNG support groups are not necessarily red-pilled, but they are at least on the road to be. Like anything, you get out of what you put into these meetings.

Understand that the book in conjunction with the others allow you to gain the tools to after what you want

My suggestion is finish it and go right into the rest of the books. If you come to the realization you need more help, then pursue

Is the Man Kind Project a NMMNG group? I have no idea what the fuck these guys actually are, but it looks fishy as shit.
