Backstory: I'm currently meeting with an endocrinologist about the issues I've been facing (increasingly so over the past few months). I'm a 20 year old male and I've had low libido and other symptoms for a few years, and I thought lifting would help with my testosterone levels and general mood. I've been lifting and tracking macros properly for about a year and a half and seen great results while cutting (probably genetic or something). I dropped my calories and fat pretty low eventually and hit a wall and have been struggling since. I've been trying to bulk on 3000 calories with 180 P, 350 C and 70+ Fat and training HARD 6 days a week. I got my labs done in April (initially thought I had hypothyroid) and Test was low but I thought it might have been from the hard cut. So I've been eating much more obv and trying to bulk (although struggling) and recently got my labs checked again because the symptoms had been getting worse (and I've been trying to lean gain for the first time). Turns out, I have low test and a few other labs out of the normal range (labs below). I'm wondering if you think I might be iodine deficient or overtraining/underrecovering or something or if you think I just need Clomid or TRT. If anyone has experience with thyroid/hormone problems or autoimmune disorders or ANYTHING remotely similar I'd really appreciate your feedback.
