written by (Laurie E. Rudman)[http://psych.rutgers.edu/images/stories/people/faculty/rudman.jpg] and (Julie E. Phelan)(https://i1.rgstatic.net/ii/profile.image/AS%3A277011110088711%401443056003545_l/Julie_Phelan.png) and published in 'Sex Roles' journal which appears to have a heavy left leaning and cliche-SJW talking points. Wouldn't put too much thought into it unless you want to buy the pdf and share it to see the methodology of how they conducted the study and the data they collected.

Any nutrient deficiencies? If so, fix them all(not just the 'main' ones you commonly see posted(ie iron, zinc, etc)) What kind of fats do you consume? Most vegan diets are heavy in poly-unsaturated, which is bad for testosterone levels. Opt for mono-unsaturated and 'good' saturated fat sources(ie butter(if you eat butter)) Whats your calorie intake? Surplus, maintenance, or cutting? Make sure to eat enough, prolonged calorie negatives impact testosterone levels. How much fiber do you eat? While …

His second book Becoming a Barbarian is more about this topic, so I would suggest picking it up if you want to read more into it. Edit: Poor reading comprehension. I didn't notice you said the note specifically.

/r/TheRedPill15/03/17 10:13 PM

I've also noticed that TRP has been overrun by aspies that can do little more than parrot the TRP party ideas, without thinking for themselves. The problem isn't video games. The problem is your lack of discipline and lack of other hobbies. Stop pointing fingers and take responsibility.

Easy with the sarcasm, half the aspies here won't pick up on it.

I'd agree with a small edit: If you don't actively partake in said sport yourself. No one is going to trash Joe Rogan for watching BJJ, why? Because he himself is a big martial artists. However, that is different from Joe Smith, the 350 lb fatass who was a high school football player(and only high school), who cant do a sit-up or pull-up yelling at his TV every Saturday because 'his' team lost. TL;DR: Watch a sport if you are active in it

Unless you're hypogonadal you really don't need to think about testosterone I'd have to disagree with this. Men must pay attention to androgen levels, much more so now than any other time in history, for a few reasons. For starters, most Westerns(more than just Americans) are eating less and less fresh, whole foods. Which means less nutrients=more nutrient deficiencies. Combine that with other lifestyle factors such as less sun exposure(less vit D), constantly elevate stress levels, and anti-and…

I'll just throw this in there with your other suggestions, but avoiding anti-androgens/xeno-estrogens will cause major increases in hormonal output.

This argument fails for the simple fact that you define 'alpha' is based entirely female attention. Alpha can at its most simplest form, be defined as a contest of masculinity, with the most masculine man being the alpha of a group of males. Masculinity always has, and always will be, a concept of "men being men, in a group of other men" as said by Jack Donovan in The way of men, and is completely separate from anything to do with female attention and attraction. Defining alpha has only getting …

Best bang for minute of minute would be, for me personally, a yoga routine. You get a lot of the same benefits from meditation, along with a good stretch, and learning to sync your breathes with movements. Ideally you should do both, though.

You retain mass by consuming the same amount of calories as you burn. If you are in a deficit, either by eating alone, or by cardio, you will lose mass. You cannot control the type of mass that you lose(ie fat or muscle).

Each hour of sleep results in a 15% increase in testosterone levels. After just 4 weeks of resistance training, there was a 40% increase in baseline testosterone levels, and a 24% decrease of cortisol levels But your partially right, your biggest changes in testosterone are going to come from Nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Your first mistake is caring what body type 'women' like. Women fuck all kinds of men with all different kinds of bodies. Your second mistake is thinking you're ever going to look like those pictures. So shut up, lift, eat right, and workout until you get a body that makes you feel good and confident about yourself and your abilities, and learn how to talk to women. Quite simple.

I would suggest to do 3 things before you dive into any philosophy books. The first is enroll and take the Coursera Learning to Learn course(it's free). The second is to read Mortimer J. Heh. Shaming fatties is TRP's favorite past time, yet there are people who are genetically predisposed to being a fatass, doesn't mean everyone who claims muh genetics means they are fat because of genetics. Same with testosterone. If OP genetically inherited Primary Hypogonadism, then he say call me an idiot and move on, doesn't mean that I'm wrong when I say 90% of the people who claim muh genetics for low testosterone have bad genetics for testosterone, they just have shitty lifestyle habits.

Diet wise I'm largely Paleo/Primal, but I'm not too strict with it, as Ill occasionally chow down on a bowl of pasta if I want some, or have a desert treat. Shame its not going to happen, because im not going through the trouble to validate a self-defeating troll on the internet. TRP preaches to lift, but if you're not born with muscle, why work out when you can't build any? That's the equivalent of your view on hormones. Are some peoples baseline levels lower than others? Absolutely, but 197 and 94 test levels are not sign of a low baseline, its a sign of shitty habits and bad lifestyle choices. I know this because mine were about the same(200ish) when I started getting serious about raising mine, and now I am in the higher end range (normally in the 800-900ish range). It's not quick, and its not easy, but its certainly doable.

Weed is just like lifting, reading, or any other hobby. OK in moderation, as long as it doesn't take over your life and that it isnt the only thing you are doing. Just like lifting everyday will cause you to over train, smoking weed will cause you to get too comfortable and not take any action to improve. In short, smoke up and go do something active outside with your friends, and don't sit inside playing video games and stuffing your face with chips(been there and done that, and it is not fun).

Because I workout, take care of myself, and have varied hobbies, both physically "masculine" hobbies(martial arts, building and fixing shit, cooking, hunting and fishing, archery and marksmanship/gun competitions) and creative/n…

Funny thing about getting laid, is that the more you actively do things with the sole purpose of getting laid, the less it happens. Ironically, the more you do things because they are fun and enjoyable, and dgaf about getting laid or what people think about them, will be when you start getting laid from said lifestyle choices/hobbies. With that said, get a puppy, train him, and walk him everyday. Instant pussy magnet.

Seriously, this. If you're top tier, you might get a conversion rate of 25% on day game. That means out of 100 approaches, you'll get 25 dates. Chances are, if you're just slightly above average, you might get a rate of maybe 10%, absolute tops. College bangs are best through social circle game, so I suggest picking up some hobbies and joining some groups. It was essentially a "moral system that combined a warrior ethos, knightly piety, and courtly manners to establish a notion of honor and civility" between warring noblemen and their knights. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this subreddit is now dumber for having read it. I award you no votes, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I'd do your research, because Victor owns(or is partnering with) that 'supplement' company, so of course he is going to give a good review, he has money on it. Do your own research and see if it checks out as well as he reports.

I can relate to this. Had horrid acne from 13 to about 20 years old and left some pretty nasty acne scars. The two most important things you can focus on is 1.) Diet and 2.) Hydration. 1.) Diet: Nothing I can really say other than clean it up. No processed(anything in a box) or fast food. No sugary pops or juices. check out r/paleo or r/keto for 2 decent ones that should get you headed in the right direct. If neither of those look doable, do what I like to call the CAYOS diet. Its been a while since I've read through it, but one of the main tenets of Mark Manson book Models is vulnerability, so you may want to check that out. He also has several post on his bog about it too, such as The Vulnerability Primer. One of the things in his writings that stuck with me is this quote, which sums it up fairly well for me: The greatest demonstration of power and security is to actually make oneself defenseless, to become as comfortable with one’s weaknesses as possible.

Ever read a book and verbally said "what the fuck does that even mean?" out loud? That's what I mean. Don't focus too much on what type/what you read but rather that you write about it afterwards. As it's been said before, you get better at writing by writing... so... write about something.

/u/TheBlackPhilosopher Seems I may be a little late to the party, but I'll come in with some knowledge few here seem to be able to grasp. Yes, you can build muscle with calisthenics. No, it won't be as quick as with lifting. Progressive overload is progressive overload, your body doesn't recognized that you are using calisthenics and tell itself to not grow, that's just stupid. Calisthenics is a long term game, and it's important to keep that in mind if you want to go this route. Late game calis…

"A guide, on finding a man who has lost his way, brings him back to the right path—he does not mock and jeer at him and then take himself off. You also must show the unlearned man the truth, and you will see that he will follow. But so long as you do not show it him, you should not mock, but rather feel your own incapacity.” -Epictetus Give him the tips and advice, but if he doesn't see that you are speaking the truth, then don't bother. Unless you are running marathons on the daily, you shouldn't need to worry about it. If you are, just meditate and do some yoga to slightly off put the cortisol spike(you should do these anyway, great for you). prolonged LISS(Low Intensity Steady State ) cardio after a certain point, will raise your cortisol(stress hormone), which can lower T. HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training; such as sprints) can boost growth hormone and T production. I believe I read someone that it isn't till you hit abo…

I'm not affiliated with either, so everything I've experienced is subjective. Don't have any blood work to know how much I've raised my T levels, but I have more energy, slightly improved recovery, and I've slowly bulked up while staying lean(but that mostly has to do with my diet). This, a hundred times over. If I remember correctly Dick Couch's The Warrior Elite: Forging of SEAL class 228(highly recommended, even if you aren't planning to go into the SOF community) had some advice about how to get through hell week(or any highly stressful event). The main lesson was don't worry about how many more days you have left, worry about getting to the next evolution(exercise).

Try this. Make a list of all your perceived flaws. Under the list make a T chart with issues that are under you control on the left(weight, muscle mass,skincare,haircut,glasses/contacts,ect), and issues that aren't under your control on the right(facial structure, height, ect). Make a plan to fix the issues on the left( workout, diet, ect). Don't worry about the issues on the right because there is nothing you can do about them.

This is decent advice. Have hidden cameras in various parts of your house/apartment(if she is coming back to your place). One pointed at the door to show she came willingly. Another in the hallway outside your bedroom/bathroom, again to show she came to the bedroom willingly. They don't hate this sub because it spreads lies and "hate" about women. They hate this sub because it forces you to acknowledge observable truths about women. Truths which significantly undermine portions of feminist ideology. Feminists are going to rail against the sub because it teaches men the nuts-and-bolts of getting laid, among other things, and feminists only see sex as valid only when it's under their control. They hate us because it shows the masses the truth. And if there is anything …

Granted, I do not know much about weightlifting, workout plan making or exact macros Then don't try to make your own plan, this is a horrible workout plan. You are missing alot of important muscle groups here, especially if your goal is to just get bigger. Not to mention you are basically working the same muscles everyday of the week. Stick to an established workout routine until you know what you are doing. Go read the r/fitness Wiki and FAQ and pick a routine from here.
