LTR of 8 months was over my house last night. My motto is always trust, but verify, so I went through her phone when she was over. I found several texts from 8-9 months ago when she was still a plate - about to be LTR (few weeks before we began our relationship). These texts involved telling her sister she had a guy over her place multiple times (AWALT, obviously. Don't necessarily fault her for this, but we were getting close to a serious LTR at this point).

In another text, her sister advises her to delete texts, and my LTR says she will. In a later text about 2 months ago, she admits to her sister she attempted to send her ex of 5 years a Thanksgiving message, but he had her blocked, so there was no contact made.

I know general wisdom is not to confront, immediately downgrade or cut contact permanently but is any of this salvagable? I'm asking because she is extremely submissive, cooks, does my laundry, blowjobs/sex whenever I want, etc (not rationalizing my continued relationship with her more than I am analyzing cost/benefit; I put very little into this relationship and get a lot back).

Is there any scenario where confronting her is appropriate ?
