Here is a temporary solution; stop the coke, stop the drinking, and get some rest. Sleep it off. Wake up in a few days, when you're ready to get up. Then, put your mind to work and figure out the next plan of action.

By the sounds of it, this is the best solution to keep you away from restarting this cycle again tomorrow. No booze, no coke, just sleep.

When i was in my worst times, i called a help line. It's their job and they honestly give you their 2 cents to point you in the right direction.

Secondly, go to the health supplement store and buy a supplement called 5HTP.

5-HTP dietary supplements help raise serotonin levels in the brain. Since serotonin helps regulate mood and behavior, 5-HTP may have a positive effect on sleep, mood, anxiety, appetite, and pain sensation. 5-HTP is not found in the foods we eat, although tryptophan is found in foods.

My brother who is also an army vet highly recommends this to people in your situation. He was always prescribed SSRIs and found this to be a way more effective.

Also, try sobering up for a week and take the time to focus what you really want.
