Up to you man. She flaked already so she made an impression that she is capable of doing that. Now (and this is just me) if she came to you with a legitimate reason for flaking or hitting you up, far as we're all concerned she showed how much respect and interest she has for you flaking the first time. You could try to set something up and play it all by ear but there's a good shot history will repeat itself. Do yourself a solid, go meet someone else. Someone new who may or may not be a flake. Say hello to your flake but simply excuse yourself now and go do something worthwhile, if she tries to hit u up later, that may say something. She disappears from your life, you have your answer.

Set date/place to meet. Dont be her emotional tampon. She is the one making the effort to see you (she is the one driving 30 minutes to you or whatever). She flakes again, you ghost her.

Yes, but make sure it's zero effort for you and she goes out of her way. Don't drive to meet her somewhere closer to her. Have her meet you at a place where you are already going to be. Double book with a mate. If she doesn't show, you're hanging out with a friend. If she shows, a good mate won't cock block you.

What's the relative cost vs payout ratio? Text her back, set up a meet, and escalate. However - have a plan b to spend your time doing something cool if she doesn't show.
