Social status/proof can be achieved through high social media followers and photos with attractive people of the opposite gender.

Social status is an activity in which you are top tier.

If you have a hobby in which you become intermediate, go to a party/gathering and show off to a beginner. For example in a dance class, co-ed sport like yoga, meet-ups related to career etc.

Social media is useless, only thing in common with social status is the name. You get social status and leverage it through social media if you want, but it's still a massive waste of time.

I think social status is interrelated with the other two qualities, wealth and physique. The one ingredient also part of status is power. Being in charge and having power over others is status in it's raw form. Think of natural leadership traits. Calmness under pressure, being decisive, being articulate, and charisma.
